UK Shipping: A Reality

I am excited to announce that the UK government has approved me as an importer!
Right now, there are 20 copies of Flash Duel Deluxe in the UK, so if you're in Europe, you can order them from my site and not see the crazy shipping prices you've seen so far. In a few weeks, I'll have Flash Duel regular and more copies of Deluxe over there.
By the way, US customers can get $5 off Flash Duel Deluxe right now by ordering from either Amazon. I'm trying to switch over from one warehouse to another, so that's your opportunity to save a few bucks.
Also, effective immediately, you can now pre-order Puzzle Strike regular or Deluxe from Europe with shipping costs calculated as if from the UK as opposed to from the US. I'm not sure how many Puzzle Strikes I'll really send over there, so pre-ordering is a good idea.
I think a couple of you from Europe already pre-ordered and paid the shipping as if from the US. You can contact me (sirlin.net/contact or sirlin.net/chat), tell me what the difference is between shipping now and what you paid (go to www.sirlingames.com, add the game to your cart and you can see what shipping is now), and I will refund you the difference.
It was a lot of hassle to set this up, but it looks like it's finally going to work!

Ok I think it's fixed now. I think it was working for the UK, but not for nearby countries such as Germany. I think it's working correctly, and if you select the international version of Flash Duel Deluxe, you should be seeing shipping costs of less than $5.

Yesterday, I tested shipping cost to Germany and it was correct. Then, unrelated to any of this, another customer said that shipping cost to Australia was incorrect. He was right. That was out of my hands so I put in a support ticket with the shipping company. They did some tests and were unable to fix the Australia problem, but they will implement a new feature eventually which will solve that problem. Anyway, I think the shipping company's tests of my account regarding the Australia problem somehow messed up the settings for Germany at least. What a hassle.
Bottom line: you're correct, there is a problem with shipping costs to Germany, and probably all countries near UK. I expect this to be addressed early next week (out of my hands...). You can either wait until next week, or I also have the ability to put in manual orders (those do not have any of these problems because I can directly choose where things ship from). So anyone could contact me at sirlin.net/contact with a shipping address and potential order, then I can tell you the shipping costs, and if they are ok, then I can accept payment over paypal. So up to you if you want to do it manually or wait until next week for the automatic way.

It offers Royal Air Mail for 13$. You have an assiduous shipping company there ;-)

I tested it from France and it seems to work for me, the listed shipping costs for Puzzle Strike are now $12.76 ($20.05 for the Deluxe version) with Royal Mail Airmail, much cheaper than the previous amount. I hope the problem for Germany will be solved soon.
Anyway, I wanted to say Thanks for going through all these troubles for us lowly Europeans ;)
Interesting. If it says "Royal Air Mail" then yes it is working correctly. Curious because I'm not aware of anything that changed since Z's post on June 11th. Anyway, let's just be happy it's working.
Shipping more items together is always more efficient, so you might find a friend to order together with, or if you wanted Flash Duel + Puzzle strike that would also be more efficient than ordering them separately (though they'd only ship once all products are ready to ship together, in that case). Hello, yes you can order from there at www.sirlingames.com. If you add the game to your cart then enter your address, you can see how much shipping will cost before you place the order. You will have to pay shipping from London to you, but not from the US to you. You will have to pay about 9% tax, but not any other duties or VAT.
The downside is that I just sold all the deluxe copies in London and there won't be a second shipment for another 3 or 4 weeks. Some non-deluxe copies will arrive in London in about one week though. Either way, if you order now, they will automatically ship to you as soon as they arrive there.

When will this be available for Yomi and Puzzle Strike? Hoping it's soon!
Flash Duel still ships from a UK warehouse. Puzzle Strike and Yomi now all ship from the US, and will continue to be that way. It turned out to just be too expensive to support multiple warehouses. Anyway, sirlingames.com will ship any order to anywhere in the world. Also, Puzzle Strike and Yomi have worldwide distribution for hobby game stores, so your local game store can stock those games if they want. You could ask them to if they haven't already.
