Hooray! I can't wait for my copy to arrive.
Did you manage to add those last minute changes without too much of a financial loss?

*WAITS PATIENTLY FOR YOMI DECKS TO BE AVAILABLE*

2+ weeks shipping means not quite in time for Gencon, right? (begins Wednesday the 4th). I guess that means we only have Yomi print-and-play to show off in public areas for free advertising.

Can we pay extra for expedited shipping if we promise to play your games in the freeplay areas / hallways at Gencon?

wow, I didn't know Yomi was available already... and is completely sold out.

Kevin: Yomi is not really sold out, it's not released yet. It looks like I might delay the release until November in order to get a better price. I'll give more details as soon as it's more sure.

Boco: It's kind of out of my hands. Eventually, the only shipping you'll have to worry about is from a warehouse to you, and you actually can pay more right in the online store at dropdown menu for shipping (but it's probably expensive). Right now though, we also have to worry about shipping from manufacturer to warehouses, and no I can't speed that part up. I think some people will get the regular edition before GenCon but maybe not many. Manufacturing enough units has taken far longer than I expected, and I'm already setting up a second run that will be handled differently and hopefully not have these problems. (That second run might be cheaper, but with thick cardboard chips, so get this MDF and wood stuff while you can!)

You should also commemorate when the first copies ship in the UK.

So if I order a copy now, would I get it in the near future or is there a significant waitlist?

July 27, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterAdam

I think it's looking like 2 or 3 weeks if you order now (as it says on the ordering page currently). Still struggling to get enough inventory, but it will sort itself out pretty soon. On the bright side, at least some people should have theirs before saturday.

1:17 is all I can give you. Alright, maybe not. But is all I will give you.

Should I be worried if my Puzzle Strike pre-order hasn't arrived yet?

I think the standard version has finally shipped to everyone at this point, but the deluxe version has still only shipped to the UK. There were even more delays with it unfortunately. I've heard the manufacturer will ship to eastern US warehouse this friday or monday, and then another week or so for them to ship to western US warehouse. Then add a day or so receiving and warehouse will ship to you.

My standard disclaimer that I really thought those warehouses were going to be stocked more than a month ago, so these delays are killing me too, really sorry.

Ok thank you!. It's much nicer having some idea how long it'll take.

I just ordered a copy. I went with the deluxe to help out, even though it's a bit of a kick in the wallet. Should be fun.
